Patrick Bellew was 26 years old on arrival in NSW. Patrick was a Whiteboy and was convicted along with brothers, William and James Bannon and Thomas Bonus (all per Cambridge). Patrick had a ruddy complexion, brown hair, grey eyes and was 5'9" tall, and was single. 1828 Census: He was a Labourer and a Government Servant of S. Coxon, Dartbrook, Hunter River. 1836: TOL Invermein. 1840: TOL Invermein. 1/7/1842: TOL Passport, Scone Bench. 1/7/1842: CP - Recommended by Stephen Coxon. 9/7/1846: Held a Publican's Licence for the Shamrock Inn, Muswellbrook. 7/6/1848: Maitland Mercury: All persons having claims on my late husband, Patrick Bellew, are requested to forward the same within 1 month from the date for liquidation, Signed Mary Anne Bellew, Muswell Brook, May 27th 1848. So Patrick must have died somewhere between 1846-48. Mary Anne then held the Licence from 1853-1856. No marriage, death or children found for Patrick.
