Henry Smith was tried at Cumberstone, Cockiermouth 20 Oct 1840 for Larceny. Transportation sentence 7 yrs to Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania). He was married and could read. Henry died on board during the voyage, which arrived 5 July 1842.
